12-year-old girl gives birth to baby after meeting on social media

In the US, a 12-year-old girl gave birth to a child from a 19-year-old man she met on a social network, People reports. According to the publication, the schoolgirl said that he was her only sexual partner.

The incident took place in Nashville, Tennessee. The girl added that she was 11 years old when she met the guy. After some time, the couple met and spent time together.

Law enforcement agencies found the young man after he violated traffic rules — he was driving a car with tinted windows. The suspect thought the girl was 14 years old. The suspect is currently under arrest. He may be released on bail of $75 thousand (more than 6 million rubles).
